Prevent Stormwater Pollution

Have you ever pulled up to your favorite fishing spot in a nice cove tucked away in the back of a lake? This might be the image you see. Every bottle that you drop, all the fishing line you throw, and any debris that might come off your boat going across the water usually finds its way to a cove. This is not only dangerous for the fish, but also dangerous for any wildlife in the area. Animals can ingest the plastic just like fish can. Many drains around the lake will lead to the lake. So its not just trash you leave at the lake but also all the trash that makes its way into storm drains miles from the lake. We need to do our part in cleaning up after ourselves and cleaning up other debris to help the wildlife. I enjoy fishing and I want to keep the habitat clean so many more generations can enjoy to fish as well!!
