Sustainability Public Input Event

Sustainability Event (2)

City of Woodstock staff is working to develop a sustainability plan outlining future goals, projects, and programs with the ultimate goal of building a sustainable community with an improved quality of life. Woodstock aims to address measures revolving around seven core Focus Areas: Energy & Building, Land Use, Solid Waste, Water Management, Transportation, Government Operations, and Public Outreach.

To engage the Woodstock public at large, the city is hosting a public engagement event on Thursday, July 18th from 5:30-8:30 p.m. on the Elm Street Event Green before and during Woodstock Roots Music Night. All members of the community are invited to stop by the city tent to engage in a short input activity that will help Community Development staff tap into your thoughts about Woodstock’s sustainable future.
