An individual may file a report at any time for any incident
or accident occurring inside the city limits of Woodstock.
Individuals who need to file a report may:

Our customer service window times are:
Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
Weekends & Holidays CLOSED
For accident reports: If you exchanged information at the scene both drivers and vehicles will need to be present to file a report after the incident.
Under normal circumstances the following report
timeframes apply for a report to be ready for pick-up:
» Closed Case Incident Report
- 5 business days from the date of incident
» Closed Accident Incident Report
- 5 business days from the date of incident |
