Public Hearing Cases

All Public Hearing Cases listed below have been accepted by planning staff based on accuracy and completeness. The Development Process Committee (staff committee) reviews all cases and votes on a recommendation for denial or approval/approval with conditions prior to the Planning Commission meeting based on specific criteria outlined in the Land Development Code. 
Any member of the public is invited to speak at public hearings for any case. Comments emailed to planning staff will be saved to the corresponding case file and added to the agenda for Planning Commission and Council review. Please email planning for more information on a public hearing case.
