The City Clerk's office maintains a legislative history of the Mayor and City Council and provides information to the public regarding actions and city records. Responsibilities include:

Robyn Adams

Robyn joined the City of Woodstock in January 2023 as Manager of Grants and Administrative Services. She was appointed as City Clerk/Administrative Services Director in January 2024. As Administrative Services Director, Robyn supervises the work of the Deputy City Clerk, the Grants Manager, Municipal Court Services, and Utility Billing. Prior to joining Woodstock, Robyn served the City of Sugar Hill, Georgia as Assistant to the Mayor and City Manager and Human Resources and Executive Services Manager. Robyn also served as Assistant to the Director of the Gwinnett County Department of Planning and Development.





SANDY HENRY, DEPUTY CITY CLERK

Sandy Henry
Sandy was hired by the City of Woodstock in July 2012 as a Purchasing/IT Technician. She became an Accounts Payable/IT Technician in January 2013 and was later promoted to Deputy City Clerk in 2014. Prior to joining the City of Woodstock, Sandy worked for Cobb Electric Membership Corporation (Cobb EMC) in the Finance Department. Sandy became a Georgia Certified Clerk in February 2023. She is currently pursuing Masters Education Management Development Program certification through the Carl Vinson Institute of Government at the University of Georgia.
