SECURITY AND IMMIGRATION COMPLIANCE
The Security and Immigration Compliance Act is a Federal mandate in which the city must ensure immigration compliance of all contractors.
An E-Verify Affidavit is required to be completed by all contractors who provide physical performances of services including professional services. An affidavit shall be provided for each contract (i.e., invoice, purchase order, formal contract, etc.) the contractor enters into with the city.
