LAW, TRAFFIC LAW & ORDINANCE CITATIONS

If you have received a citation from the City of Woodstock Police Department or the Georgia State Patrol within the city limits, you have until the Friday before your noted Monday court date to pay the fine or appear in the City of Woodstock Municipal Court on the noted court date. If you fail to pay your fine or appear in court, a warrant for your arrest will be issued, an additional contempt of court fine will be accessed and your driver's license will be suspended.

PARKING CITATIONS

If you have received a parking citation from the City of Woodstock Police Department, you have until the day before the noted court date to pay the fine otherwise you must appear in the City of Woodstock Municipal Court on the noted court date. The amount of the fines are shown on your ticket. Your tag number and citation number will be needed.

NON-CONTESTING PAYMENT OPTIONS

Payments must be received by midnight the day before your court date.
The online system will block late payments.
If multiple citations were issued, all citations must be settled in one transaction.
A 4% service fee will be charged for all card payments.
