To appear in court you must abide by the Court's dress code.

The initial court date and time can be found near the bottom of the citation above where your signature is located. If one is not legible or not present you can contact the City of Woodstock Municipal Court to obtain your court date and time.

A fine will be assessed to your case file, your driver's license may be suspended and an arrest warrant may be filed.

The City of Woodstock Municipal Court commences promptly on Monday's at 9:00a.m. and 1:00p.m. Your designated time is indicated on your citation.

Q: If I have a change of address prior to the completion of my proceedings do I have to report a change of address to the Municipal Court?
Yes; the address provided on your citation is the address all official correspondences will be mailed to. It is your responsibility to ensure the Municipal Court has your correct information. You may contact the City of Woodstock Municipal Court to update your information.
