The rules of pickleball are simple and the game is easy to learn. Woodstock Parks and Recreation offers lessons for beginners to this fast-growing sport. Pickleball is a great way to be social while being active. City of Woodstock Parks and Recreation has leagues for men, women, over 55, and mixed doubles.

Mountain Biking
The trails in Woodstock's Olde Rope Mill Park are purpose-built for mountain bikes. Hikers must yield the trail to bikes and travel in the opposite direction from cyclists. With ratings from beginner to intermediate to advanced, Woodstock is a great place to learn and develop your skills in mountain biking.
