An individual may file an incident report at any time for any incident which occurred inside the City of Woodstock.

Under normal circumstances, an incident report will be ready for pick-up five (5) business days from the date the report was filed.

FILING A MOTOR VEHICLE CRASH REPORT
We recommend filing a report on-scene due to the nature of motor vehicle collisions. If you exchanged information at the scene, both drivers and vehicles will need to be present to file a report after the incident.
