All City of Woodstock water meters are read on a monthly basis. Our customers will receive a monthly water and/or sewer bill based upon these readings. In order to avoid disconnection for non-payment, payments must be made on or before the due date on your bill using one of the payment options outlined below. There is a $30 fee for check or electronic payments that are returned.
You may access and pay your water bill online using the link below. You will need to put your five digit account number in the search bar. If your account has less than 5 digits, add the number of zeros in front of your account number to make it 5 digits.
Access/Pay Bill Online
To have your water bill deducted automatically from your checking account, please fill out the enrollment form linked below. After your monthly bill is received, the amount due will be deducted prior to your due date.
Pay in Person (Walk in/Drive through)
The utility billing office is located on the ground floor of the Woodstock City Hall Annex building at 12453 Highway 92. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM with closures on city holidays. A 24 hour drop box is located on the side of the building, next to the drive up window.
Pay by Mail
A check or money order may be mailed along with the payment stub to the utility billing office.
