The City of Woodstock Utility Billing Office provides water and sewer customer service and billing to approximately 5800 of the City’s residential and commercial customers. An application for water service must be completed and a deposit paid before service will be established.
ESTABLISH SERVICE
To establish water service with the City of Woodstock, it is necessary to submit an application for service through an online form or in-person at the Utility Billing Office. Along with the application, you will need to submit:
- A valid photo ID for the account holder
- If renting, the first page and signature page of the signed rental agreement

After your water meter is installed, you can access up-to-date hourly usage information, understand consumption behavior and perform comparative analysis. The portal promotes consumption awareness and self-management. Customers can set usage threshold alarms and receive timely leak alerts.BILLING
