BIOGRAPHY

Tracy Collins was elected to serve as Council Member for Ward 4 initially in 2007 and served her first term from January 1, 2008 to December 31, 2011. She was re-elected for her second term in November 2015, and her third term in November 2019. Her third term will expire on December 31, 2023.

Prior to serving on the Woodstock City Council, she served as a Reserve/Certified Police Officer for the City of Woodstock. Council Member Collins serves as an Advisor for the Woodstock Police Explorers and assists with the Public Safety Foundation's Annual Shop with a Hero Program and other special events annually. She has one son, Parris, who attends the University of Georgia (GO DAWGS!). Tracy is a graduate of Bellevue University with a bachelor's degree in Leadership and Business Management.
