Woodstock Recycles Household Batteries and Cell Phones Bring your household batteries and old cell phones to either the Woodstock Annex - 12453 Hwy 92 or the Woodstock Community Center - 108 Arnold Mill Road. Woodstock Annex open Mon-Fri - 7 am to 9 pm and Sat 10 am - 6 pm.
