Motorist Advisory: The section of East Main Street between Wheeler Street and Arnold Mill Road will close permanently the first week of April. Construction fencing will be installed for Phase I construction of Woodstock City Center. The former Ace Hardware parking lot will no longer be accessible. Access to the area is at the intersection of Fowler Street and Main Street during this phase of construction.
